So what's your favorite AMV?

Guess I'll start things off :)

Shouldn't AMV be about a single anime?

Some are, yes. But sometimes they incorporate a lot of different animes.

Here's a good one with just 1 anime:

My fandom is mainly limited to a nostalgic appreciation for Akira, Katsuhiro Otomo's dystopian series about cyberpunks living in post-apocalyptic Neo-Tokyo. Otomo consistently produced compelling artwork and imaginative storytelling that was packed with intrigue (and violence). Then, it became a movie which, as usual, was good, but not as good as the books. Akira was also my introduction to the manga genre back in the 1980s, when Otomo's classic series first appeared on the shelves of the comic book store.

The music is "Down with the Sickness", which has an appropriately hard, edgy sound for Neo-Tokyo.
