Damn, I just now found this group. 

I am running Linux 10.04 LTS and thank the Binary 0 and 1 god for it. It is rock solid and so superior to the DOS environment. I haven't been to Ubuntu Forums in awhile and didn't know about 11 being out yet.

 

Linux is to personal computers like ferrari is to sports cars -IMHO.

I lost my 3d support going from beta to release, which sucks.  So now I run unity 2d.

 

But other than that, I am really liking unity. Although it doesn't allow as much customization (right now), it is very convenient.

Mr. Shuttleworth has become a bit too dictatorial and secretive with Ubuntu for my liking. I've moved on to Linux Mint on my netbook.
