National Day of Silence 2010 in on April 16. Who's participating? And can anyone tell me the guidelines and what's going to be on the cards this year?

After being side tracked by a LOT of fundamentalist protest sites against NDS I FINALLY came across an article explaining it. - I am still a little "uneducated" about this particular day, but I heard about it through a friend and want to participate.
