I wasn't aware that we were advocating doing nothing, sticking our heads in the ground, and hoping that the Creedy only takes the neighbors.

I've lived in Atlanta for over 20 years. I'm tired of it. I want to live somewhere new. Preferably somewhere that is not batshit insane.

It feels so good to be "out of the closet" :) How do you all cope with living in this redneck-backwards state?
I'm living in Alpharetta/Roswell, and seriously considering moving to somewhere with a more "logical" popluation

Native Georgian here! Born in East Point (part of Atlanta, like Brooklyn is a part of NY), grew up in Stone Mountain, lived all over South GA (Valdosta, Albany, Tifton, Lake Blackshear). Also lived in Athens for 13 years, and my wife and I had five kids there. Now we live in Flowery Branch (just north of Buford) on a peninsula of Lake Lanier (in Hall county).
