Some day's I wonder what life would be like if I'd never gone to the cult - but then I think 'eh, maybe I'd be an ass hole'. It is what it is.

I used to be, but I have grown accustomed to the judgement and have realized that I am a much happier person and no longer concern myself with what others think of me.

 

I engage in conversations from time to time with friends. Some attempt to convert me again, and will stop at nothing to try to convert me. Others, the ones I appreciate the most, will engage in the conversation without trying to convert me and are open to being wrong.

I get a lot of "You're not a Christian anymore? What happened?" As if it is a singular event that caused me to deny Christ.

I just had a doctors appt (lady visit) and my doc said she was in a cult too! What are the odds? Pap smear and fellow cultee all in one day.
