No, but I read some parts of it in some blog talking about Ebn sina, El hkwarezmy and Ebn el nafees

well , it's not an easy book to read and understand as it was written mainly for those interested in the history of islamic philosophers ... reading it won't give u answers but it will raise more questions about the different sects of islam and why every one of them have became what it is now !

May i suggest this book ... it's one of my favorite books that talks about the usage of religion in politics in the islamic history ... called مدعو النبوة في التاريخ الاسلامي http://www.4shared.com/office/_8ooa1-j/_____-__.html it's very interesting ... i remember finishing it in one night
