Share with us your favorite thing to do!

I personally can't tie myself down to one specific craft.  Over the years I've accumulated so many tools and supplies I don't even know what to do with anymore!

Ever since I found out I was pregnant, my number one current favorite is crocheting.  I've been having a lot of fun making baby afghans, washcloths, bibs, booties - you name it.

I just got my first sewing machine this month and I plan to start getting into sewing bigtime.  I always tried handsewing but gave up shortly after starting a project, just because of how tedious it was!

Other things I like to do are:
- Paper crafts - scrapbooking type stuff, but I don't have a scrapbook.  I just like making cards and art with paper, stamps, and cutouts/stickers.  origami is also something I've always enjoyed.

-Woodwork - I like making plaques with my acrylic paints - usually just key holders

-Beading - I've made quite a few necklaces, bracelets, and earrings in the past - but haven't done anything recently.

How about you?

Knitting. If I wanted to go back to crochet I could probably be better at that and actually design my own things with it because I had a better grasp on crochet than I do with knitting. Knitting though, I can read and follow a wide variety of patterns and make some pretty cool stuff. I don't do any other crafts really so knitting is my thing.
Knitting intimidates me, it seems more difficult. Knit-items always seem to consist of more even, higher quality stitching. At least that's what it looks like.
It does look difficult and at first it was hard to get the yarn to stay on the needles without those handy little hooks at the end. Now though, knitting is just as easy as crochet for me. There's so many resources available.
I love to knit and crochet baby things and I am working on getting a business going. I have been knitting for over 50 yrs.
I am into cross-stitching and cake decorating. I'd like to learn quilting.

I mostly knit, but I also crochet, embroider, cross-stitch, quilt, and sew.

I mostly play with paper (scrapbook, card making etc.) But I am a skilled sewer  and have tried many other things with crocheting probably being the most liked of those others.
