I tend to love Lilith. Right now I have her as a Matriach of a large family that reproduces asexually--rather than being someone evil that no one likes, she is well loved and an excellent mother. Most of my stories focus on Domsk, a child of hers that chose to be female.
I have also written about Cain going to live in the City of Vampires.

I treat the Bible and Koran like I would any other good fairy tale: like it's full of ripe possibilities just waiting for use.
I do love pulling biblical names for my most flat characters. Also:I have used the 'original' way that angels look for a description of a monster in a story once. None of my theist friends recognized it. 0.o
