I think that the biggest hurdle for me is the idea of buying a $160 shoe that I don't know that I would like. But I think that I'm like everyone else who runs... small nagging injuries that aren't bad, but it would be nice if they went away.
Agreed; pricey shoes that I like the idea of, but don't know if I'd like, makes me hesitate too.
The thing I liked about this video though was the techniques. Seems I could start working on the techniques with regular shoes. Especially since I'm rebuilding a little currently after coming of a minor injury.
