So, I have pretty flat feet and I tend to over-pronate. My shoes are in need of replacement, and I'd like to find a good pair for my foot-type and running style. I run five miles a pop anywhere from three to five times a week Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

It's hard to say which particular model would suit you best, they have quite a range from basic support to strong motion-control, so I'd recommend you go to a good running store where they'll fit you.
Right now I am running in Brooks Adrenaline X, which are a more basic shoe without a lot of motion control, and they are working very well for me. I have concentrated a lot on improving my form and it has helped me deal with the flat feet.

Permalink Reply by Tricia Lestarjette on June 28, 2012 at 8:53am I was going to suggest Vibrams as I had the same issue a couple years ago, but I see you hoped on that wagon! They helped me develop an arch and got rid of my shin splints from over pronating too.
