Get any old primate-looking costume and put a name tag on it that reads Ardi (or Lucy, if you think the neighborhood is not well-informed!).

You could modify the costume a bit, of course, to try and more closely match the actual indivuals, since I don't think there are any real ones out there yet. But, if you want to get people in the neighborhood all riled up, wear the most modern ape/chimpanzee-looking thing you can find.
