Hey, sorry if this is a stupid question or a dumb reason to open up a separate topic, but...Why do I see a lot of people on Think Atheist call each other pancakes?
What's the meaning/origin of it, if I may ask?
Just curious.

Some of us have an issue with the "Lack of Evidence" people - especially from Theists or Trools. It is just a bit of fun.

I know it's a joke but i don't get it! Hahaha.

Thank you allah for sending me this croissant as evidence for your existence!
It is so delicate and intelligently designed.

Permalink Reply by Bill on December 27, 2010 at 1:26pm In the movie, The Nature of Existence, the author claimed that what he really looked forward to was the pancake breakfast his family would have every Sunday after church. For him, it wasn't about God, it was about the pancakes! I like this interpretation, because it means that pancakes are more important than God.
I wouldn't call you a Propeller Head. I don't think it is complementary. It brings the image of a little kid wearing a beanie with a propeller on top and it implies that one is out of touch with reality.

So, in short, it's just some kind of meme for when someone doesn't make any sense?
