Hello TA,

I know that at least 99% of you consider the God of the Bible to be out of parallel with the all loving, all knowing, and all powerful characteristics that Christians attribute to Him. (Particularly the loving part). But allow me to open a discussion. Consider for a moment another reality. In this reality, there IS an all loving God; but that's it. Clearly this reality is pointless; he needs something to love, right? So with his infinite power, he simply creates other beings to share his love with.

Now, from this point, I highly encourage you to contemplate (especially if you haven't before): what does this reality look like?

-How would he interact with them?

-Does he give them one limited life? One infinite life? Two lives?

-Does he share his infinite knowledge with them, or remain somewhat hidden?

-Does he force them to love him back, or give them the ability to choose? Does he give consequences for not loving him back, or them or let them live by themselves as if he never created them if they so choose?

I'd love to hear your answers to these questions and any other details about the reality you've come up with. Thanks! :D
