I'm confused by your analogy. I would stipulate instead that "not believing in God" would be more akin to an indifference to your facial hair growth, insofar as "not believing in God" is not as much a bit of semantic wordplay, but a fundamental misunderstanding of what atheism is in the first place.
Cute joke though.

Bo, if you're still reading replies, the Jesuits I knew 65+ years ago, if ordered to say he's splitting hairs, would have obeyed and said he's splitting hairs.
