Hi all.
Signed up yesterday to do some arguing, but I promise I'll mind my manners and bring cookies (real for me, digital for you).
Atheist, and pretty much always an atheist. I'm about 4th or 5th generation athesit on my mother's sides (myself, my mother, my grandmother, my great grandmother, and maybe her father, though probably more deist then atheist).
My father however was a Catholic, until he found out they changed the bible a bit, lost his catholicism and became a non-denominational Christian. I was raised with choice. Did the Sunday school bit, church for a little while. I didn't really believe at any point, just felt like something I had to do. I'm a little envious of theists in that regard, that I'll not know what 'having faith' is really like (at least, in a god). Love science, love absorbing as much as I can. Did physics and chemisty in high school. Oh and I'm an Aussie.
So yeah, that's me.
