Yes we need LRO to confirm these images.We could be seeing anything from lava tubes to gigantium crystaline structures. Only high resolution will confirm any evidence of artificiality.

interesting video, but unfortunately with out us being able to go and visit ourselfs we may never know.... 

I'm still waiting for privatized space flight... come on Richard Branson get those things in the air!

and really all those could be natural formations our minds tend to give shape to things or humanize  objects ....
