Things from the 1950's and/or 1960's that are as cool as ever. Here are mine. What are yours?

I can think of two things, but I know there must be more:

1) The Fender Stratocaster. Looks modern today even though it's almost identical to the original model which dates to the early 1950's.

2) Ken Nordine. You may not know the name, but if you listen to some of his "word jazz," you'll recognize that this is one of the coolest dudes ever born and that a performance artist like Laurie Anderson is simply following in his footprints. Link to an example.
