Strange aerial photos from alledged reputable sources, what can they be?

These cases are currently understudy by MUFON.

 

I saw something like this quivering next to I-40 in North Carolina, but I thought it was just a joke or a hoax.

I think the picture links are broken.

I don't see them either. I googled 'Missouri MUFON' and didn't find anything impressive, but I'm reserving judgement until I see if we're talking about the same thing.

Looks like shaky camera work with a long shutter speed while pointed at a star or something.
