Star Trek: The Original Series - A Piece of the Action

I have always found alot of humor in this http://www.startrek.com/watch_episode/jU7ahgNe0xNC3_yDHXb6MV5Z2UftbSkm Gene Roddenberry STAR TREK episode. It's a real in your face " take that religion " if you really look at the hidden message. Take a book about stories and fantasy and ring it around peoples daily lives and they will follow it as law or religion as long as you input some kind of mystery behind it...WHAT'S YOUR TAKE?
