I was beginning to think you might be sensible when I read your previous post on another thread, but this:-
Religious and Atheists know that man on man sexual intercourse is not a sickness but a personal choice and thats how it should be treated
...could well be one of the more stupid things I have read. Please go and do some homework, research and produce evidence for statements you make, because this one is imbecilic, bigoted and grotesque..
Permalink Reply by Kris Feenstra on March 17, 2013 at 10:27pm You mean you didn't choose it? You didn't find yourself thinking one day, "I could be into men if I wanted, but that's just too socially accepted and easy. I'd like something that presents a bit more of a challenge."
edit: I see J only included man on man action. Guess you might be in the clear, unless it's that bizarre discrimination in which people will protest male homosexuality, but won't even acknowledge female homosexuality (which I think is actually worse).
Permalink Reply by Strega on March 17, 2013 at 10:42pm Do you mean its worse to be lesbian, or do you mean its worse to be unacknowledged?
I'm sure if it had only been the lesbian community that wanted marriage, we'd have been given it straight away. Gay guys have it a lot tougher. Lesbians don't get beaten up nearly as much - nor do they really get openly despised as frequently. Maybe because we are such popular porn stars.
Permalink Reply by Kris Feenstra on March 17, 2013 at 11:02pm Worse to be less acknowledged, not to be lesbian.

Permalink Reply by J Mc on March 18, 2013 at 1:30am lol I thought the same thing and commented on a different post lolol. Men might not like man on man but have no issues with girl on girl. Thats like girls too, they think lesbian is disgusting but have no issues and even get turned on by watching two men going at it lolol. Well the girls I know lolol.

@ J Mc - That is not true. People are born to be what they will be. You are attracted to who you are attracted. You cannot will yourself to be attracted to the opposite sex if you don't already feel that way. All the gay people I know feel that same sex sex is natural for them and therefore not a sickness or a choice they made. Sex with an opposite sex person would feel unnatural to them. There are many studies that show sexual preference is established prenatally.
Permalink Reply by J Mc on March 18, 2013 at 12:55am I think of it like chocolate. Some people love it others hate it. Our life is made up of choices. It might feel natural for me to commit homicide but it doesnt mean its right. It all boils down to choice. Yes I like the opposite sex, but I cant say I wouldnt enjoy same sex, how could I say such a thing Ive never tried it so id never know. There seem to be plenty of men out there that enjoy it. I just choose not to because thats my freedom of choice the same with homosexuals. To say they are sick is highly offensive to me because they are not sick, they just have a different preference and Im not even homosexual.
Permalink Reply by Kris Feenstra on March 18, 2013 at 1:10am No one is saying homosexuality is a sickness here. That doesn't default it to a choice.
I can give you plenty of reasons why homicide is wrong, yet am hard pressed to think of why homosexuality is wrong.
Also, it isn't really a question of whether or not you've tried it; it's a question of whether or not you experience sexual attraction, and if so was it toward one gender or the other?
Permalink Reply by J Mc on March 18, 2013 at 1:27am No never had an attraction to men, I dont like the idea of the back door or eating sausages and pillows at night.
If you think about it, the only thing stopping someone from committing homicide that is contemplating on doing so is the law. What happens when you break the law? You get charged and go to prison. What happens when you dont get caught? Nothing.
If you look at christianity, to commit a crime (sin) you dont need to perform that action you only need to think of doing it. Christians also realise that they are held accountable for all their "sins" including the ones they thought of but havent actioned. Most atheists dont know this but in the bible, christians that judge others (judging other sinners) are worse in the eyes of god than a non believer. Its actually harder to be a christian than it is to be atheist because being Christian is a way of life. There are some christians out there that annoy me more than they annoy atheists lol.

That just isn't true. Before I went into the Army, I used to hunt - I've killed many different kinds of animals, some just to prove to myself that I could. After my discharge, I have felt no inclination to ever kill again - hunting animals is perfectly legal and so I have no fear of the law, I just simply don't want to kill, and so I don't.
