Hello all, I'm Bobby Loyd, and I am a new atheist, or at least a newly professing atheist. I am a soldier currently stationed in Fort Campbell, KY looking to find some like minded people in the area to hang out with. I'm huge into music, I play music, discuss music, and pretty much love everything about music. I am currently working on my BA degree in philosophy, and plan to continue on to both my masters and later doctorate.

    I'm not a religion bashing atheist, but that is only so far as I refuse to down play religion through simple bad mouthing and catch phrase types of attacks. I prefer to systematically dismantle beliefs through well thought out arguments that are difficult to refute. I feel like intelligent discourse is important, especially when trying to show that being an atheist is not just childish rebellion.
