The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) received a new complaint regarding the Mormon Church's involvement in Proposition 8 last week.

Fred Karger of the group Californians Against Hate, was behind the complaint and within it requested further investigation into the matter. Included with the complaint also were "links to alleged Mormon insider documents" that reveals 'front groups' setup by the church to hide their involvement.

"Jeff Flint, a Proposition 8 campaign manager, accused Karger of 'irrational hatred' of the Mormon church." Umm... Pot, kettle, black... How's that cliche go again?

The whole thing makes me utterly sick. People are dying all over the world for a number of reasons that the Mormon church could have invested money in to help prevent, but instead they spend funds to end marriages. Irrational hatred my ass.
