Just popped in to say hi
Hello community! This is my first post, and I am happy to join the TA website. So, here are some basics: My name is Alissa, I am a quarter century old, and I have been an atheist for as long as I can remember. I don't really have a story as to how I lost god, I just never really found him.
I love politics, and moving forward as an atheist working my way "out of the closet", I would like to find ways to give our minority a political voice. The current push of the United States to the far religious right scares the crap out of me, and I wonder why more non christians are not terrified.
Those are really the basics about me, and I look forward to making some new heathen friends. Who knows, maybe we can even shake things up a bit.
