John Hinckley, Jr. had more of a relationship with Jodie Foster than any Christian has with Jesus Christ.

What is the difference between someone like Hinkley and Mark David Chapman and the theist who contends that an invisible being is in psychic contact with them in order to assure them of its undying love and concern for them?
