I remember meeting someone who made these dolls for some extra income.  After a bunch of people had been together for several hours at a gathering, she stepped out and then came back in with a baby--it was astounding how lifelike it looked; some people were doing doubletakes like they were afraid the baby had been left in the car for all those hours.  Then the lightbulb came on; this was her latest creation.

More to the point though:  Maybe something like "Born Atheist" or you could riff off of Dawkin's complaint about labelling children as Xian, Muslim, Jewish etc. and make something up that says something like

Muslim  Christian  Jewish Buddhist Hindu Child

Or my personal favorite: "Thank God I'm An Atheist"

i love the "thank god I'm an atheist" phrase (I've considered buying the shirt for myself many times LOL)

I have a button with that on it and while at the reason rally at least four people photographed me wearing it.
