If you don't believe in God, can you say why in a single sentence or phrase?

For me it's two words...Birth Defects.

"...sentence or phrase." Amaze us, do it with a single syllable. '-)

sense

I have not seen enough evidence to convince me to sincerely believe in any god.

The pain and suffering of small children from illness or starvation.

Belief in God is founded upon historical inaccurate and fantastical texts written at a time when man sought explanations for the world around them in the supernatural; I am a lucky to have no ‘fixed’ belief system and live in a time of enlightenment and through reason can accept science and evidence to debunk the peddled deceits of religion.

The longest sentence in English is 469,375 words long, so yes, I believe I could.

That's not a sentence. It's a novel!

The Blah Story, Volume 4, to be specific.

After hearing the counterarguments I saw that my faith was based upon nothing but emotion.

Only a devil would have created the world we live in.

The god proposition doesn't make any sense.
