wow,

yes i would.... besides to many smokers for them to throw in to jail..... over crowded in a mater of a day....

I for one think this would only take a day to over turn in courts too many people would loose jobs... example the company its self, harvesters, workers, drivers, retailers and more. Health or not for type A personality's that don't have smokes ( assuming there smokers already) and are even higher strung and might be even more of a problem rioting, murder and suicide rates would go up ten fold...

It's not an easy thing for those who have never smoked to know nicotine affects the human body just ask some one who has stopped smoking how hard it is and they will probably say its easier to stop a truck with your bare hands ;)

But to do this they would have to ban alcohol and fire arms first so they would not have a bunch of drunk rednecks with guns on the white house lawns wanting there pack of smokes ...hahahaha....

STOPPING SMOKING IS EASY IF YOU KNOW THAT SIMPLY DRINKING ENOUGHT NONI JUCE WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE ALL DESIRE TO SMOKE!

THIS WAS ACCIDENTLY DISCOVERED WHEN SOME SMOKERS WHO HAD STARTED DRINING NONI JUICE FOR OTHER REASONS (LIKE BOOSING THEIR IMMUNE SYSTEMS, INCREASED ENERGY, ETC., ETC.) FOUND THEIR DESIRE TO SMOKE HAD TOTALY DISAPPEARD. SO THEY TOLD OTHERS WHO TOLD OTHERS.

NOW THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE WHO NO LONGER SMOKE THANKS TO THE MIRACALE OF THIS NATURAL HEALING FRUIT JUICE!

Neil, CAPS LOCK DOES NOT MAKE YOUR COMMENT MORE CONVINCING! Also, it's not exactly like that. People don't smoke because they think damaging their health is just an awesome thing to do. It's an addiction. They have an uncontrollable urge, and after they give into it, it just gets even stronger and smoking is obviously the easiest way to relieve that urge, therefore, they smoke, even though they know that it's unealthy. I'm pretty sure, like most of the world, you already knew all of that, so why did you bother to make that comment?

With that out of the way. You would see major protests, a lot worse then the Occupy movement.

I chew tobacco so I'm safe. :)

I would continue to not smoke. But I'd also oppose the illegalization of tobaccco.

I have a can of chewing tobacco. Stick a little bit of this in your lip. Goes great with the cigs Barry gave you.

I don't smoke because I find the things repulsive, so if it was illegal I wouldn't had to put up with the second hand smoke. However making tobacco illegal seems insane when you think about how many people use it and how much time and money will have to be spent to enforce such a law. The money will be better spent on helping people break the habit.
