I wonder if anyone else shares these thoughts with me

Do you ever...

Think that everyone is pretending to care more about everything then they really do?

Wonder if you don't actually know what you're talking about, when you realize that dumb people generally think they know what they're talking about?

Think that nothing you say can be fully understood by anyone else? (Which would include these questions, making this somewhat of a paradox)

Wish you could stop thinking things over too much?

Wonder if you've lied to yourself and forgotten it was a lie, and then reconsidered something you'd always known under the assumption that it may have been a self employed lie, even though you can't remember ever having lied to yourself?

yeah I don't either lol. my great-grandmother died peacefully in her sleep at home.

when i am referring to reality, i mean it in the sense of what is happening right now. no attachments to thoughts, just full awareness of the present moment. we are the storymakers of our world, awake or asleep. we come up with the most silly stories that we really believe are true, and we identify with these made up stories of our own version of reality. this is where we become perpetrators of our own suffering.
Ha...
I don't really care if people really care about what they say they care about. I think they're all dumb, which leads into the second question...

Yes, I do sometimes think that maybe I'm actually dumb because dumb people think other people are dumb.

And yes, I mostly think that no one ever FULLY understands what someone else is trying to say.

No, I never wish I could stop "over" thinking because Christianity told me to stop thinking so much... I place my brain on a pedestal, even if I suspect it may not be THE brightest.

I'm generally pretty good about not lying to myself. I "over" analyze things so much that inconsistencies don't have much of a chance.
1) not to a huge extent. or at least i think most people are mostly honest most of the time.

2) yes, i tend to question myself first and think "hey, maybe i'm wrong" more than i need to.

3) sometimes.

4) no. maybe i don't have that problem, or it doesn't bother me.

5) hmm... no. but that's an interesting idea. then again, if you live by a philosophy based on reason and evidence, it's less relevant because you can usually gather evidence if you've forgotten it and logically get to the answer again. and also because you are open to reassessing your position when you find new evidence, so if you get to a different answer because you have new evidence, that's ok. so you don't need to worry about this too much ... unless i misunderstand your point (or you misunderstand my clumsy reply) !
