Yes I'm not an atheist, I'm a Christian and I came here to debate.
Does anyone see any faults with Christianity?
This seems like a very logical good ste and I'm exited to talk with you all.

Christianity is totally dope... between talking snakes, original sin, virgin birth and all of the good things it promotes like homophobia, sexism, anti-semitism,  breeding like monkeys even where the adherents are too poor to afford kids, asking adherents to turn off their brains so that utterly indefensible and laughable mythology is accepted...i could go on and on but the merits of Christianity sparkle with such brilliance that there is no point continuing the encomiastic remarks.

Hey Jake! Think about this, the bible said the world was round way before science (how long depends on the period of time in genesis) the bible said that there were uncountable amounts stars when the believed number was 1,300.
This book also says that the universe is expanding, this was 3000 years before Edwin Hubble.
All good historians belive the bible is accurate.

He actually never teaches homophobia, he does teach its wrong,
There is 70% more sexual child abuse among gay or trans people
They have the highest suicide rate next to the Jews, no matter how much opposition they might take, we do not stick them in gas chambers.
I have friends who are gay, but I think it's mental illness.

Gender equality is promoted in the bible, woman and man are each 50% neither is better, they just are made with different skills.

It's funny how you can make your horridly ignorant and highly offensive trash-talking of queers sound like sweet nice loving chatter. So you have friends who are gay? I guess since you are so delightfully open minded enough to be friends with gay people...you can get away with discrediting their way of life as a mental illness. That of course...is based on what? Your mastery of human psychology? Please answer this question:

Gender Identity Disorder (GID), is a recognized mental disorder in Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association

Oh dear Nathaniel. Unfortunatelly you haven't answered either of my questions. You ignored the first one (please answer it)

and you didn't answer the second question...you just referred to one mental disorder that a few (not even close to all) LGTB may have which is a symptom of gender normativity, not an explanation of their sexual preference. Did you even read about it? The fact that a minority of people in one group might have a mental disorder..doesn't mean the entire group has the disorder. It's like saying "some women suffer post-birth-giving depression (PDD)...therefore all women after birth have mental disorders". No. Only some suffer that depression, not all of them. Do you see how rediculous it is to apply a few affected to the whole? So you really need to explain how homosexuality is a mental disorder, not mention one mental disorder that affects a small percentage of homosexuals. Keep in mind what is on the line here...if you are wrong about this...you have falsely claimed that your friends have a mental disorder...which is a pretty non-friend-like thing to do if it's based on non-information, bad facts and bad arguments, especially if that is a gross mischaracterisation of an essential part of their identity. That's not cool.

So let's try this again. Please answer the question above because I'm not sure you know what "mental disorder" means, and then please properly answer question below:

I also gave you a source to the suicide rate, what are you trying to argue against?

- that's a big claim there, Nathaniel.  A lot of people would put the blame for this onto society's treatment of gay people (e.g. religion's rejection and condemnation), rather than on actually being gay.  What evidence do you have to say that it's being gay, rather than being condemned and rejected, that causes gay people to have a hard time?

i dont think its logical to say that we treat trans and gay peoples as the Nazis treated the Germans.
