How to create an Atheist hang-out?
Can use some insight and suggestions:
Create a small coffee house type hang-out for Atheists and like minded people. Doesn't have to be a coffee shop ...just a spot but with stuff to do. What's everyone's thoughts? Should it be a hang-out spot ...maybe just a meeting once a week (what would we talk about and do) ... or an event like fishing or something. Religion has churches ...we got nothing. I want a darn place for atheists ...lol. Thoughts?

A few things come to mind.
If you're going to have events like fishing, dinners, etc then meetup.com can be helpful in organizing and planning. You can rent a small building or part of one and ask those that hang out to donate or pay fees like a private club. Potlucks are great too!
