Hello, Im Jehiah an ex- Jehovah's Witness
How's it going? My name is Jehiah. I have been an atheist for almost 7 years now. Raised Jehovah's Witness I read the bible 3 times front to back and realized I there was to much wrong in my opinion and I didn't believe a word of it. My family kicked me out and refuse to have anything to do with me.

Hi Jehiah and welcome. I'm sorry about your family and it's something we hear here very often. Those who claim to act in accordance with the teachings of jesus act more intolerant than most when people don't agree with them. Feel proud of the road you are on. You will find support and friends here.

Thank you man. I can't believe I just found this website now. It would have been nice a long time ago. I am incredibly proud of my decisions, I honestly believe they have made me a stronger person, and because of my thinking I have been able to help other ex JW's not get drawn back in by the feelings of loneliness being disfellowshiped can cause

Good for you for speaking out about your disbelief. I'm sorry your family's reaction was so terrible. Stay positive. I agree with Robert: be proud of yourself and the road you're on. :)
