Hello from the Bible Belt!
I've been living in Tennessee for most of my life, and I've been an atheist for a few years now.
People telling you that you're going to a hell that doesn't exist gets old pretty fast.
My mom keeps telling me that I still believe in God. She's wrong.
I've looked at religions other than Christianity. None of them suited me.
I found think atheist on StumbleUpon. I was directed here quite a bit, so I decided to join up.

Hello there, Stuart. I'm a fellow Bible Belter. My mom says that because I was baptised as a child, that pretty much seals the deal, and "Jesus won't let go of you now", no matter what. I guess I can say "Problem solved!" Welcome :)
