I'm a long time reader of this site and decided to get myself signed up and start contributing to the community. I'm from Norwich, England. I was brought up fairly religiously and was well on the way to becoming an evangelical bible literalist with a fringe Christian organisation when at 17 I decided I was going to prove to my atheist best friend that God was real. I went searching for the truth and came out the other side a non-believer.
