Thats a beautiful thing Simon ... Seeing these types of programs makes me very happy.

I often think of the Victorian Era and wonder just how many Sociopaths came out of that. Hitler came out of the Victorian Era. A time when children were to be 'seen and not heard'. The thought of the damage to children from that era alone is terrifying.

I don't see as much empathy as their should be among the religious in the south...   unless its to protect the 2nd amendment or fight homosexual marraige... but empathy for the plight of others?  empathy for people who do not believe as they do?.. Very, very little empathy do I see.    What they do exhibit is 'conditional compassion'.. "I'll pray for you" and if you do accept christ, ask forgiveness, etc...then you too can be saved.. But if you don't do those things then you are letting satan control you and deserve what you get...  Ho Hum.. so much for empathy among the religious.

I know there are some very good religious people and I am NOT talking about them.    I'm mainly talking about the conservative christian to which 'empathy' seems to be almost non-existent..  They have adopted quick and summary judgement in the place of empathy..

Angela, I'm trying to figure out why your text shows up in black sometimes. Do you always enter your text in the white composition box? If so, are you using the HTML editor? I am reading it by block copying it into a notebook page.

The black text only happens sometimes, but it seems never in replies. Strange.

I think you're out of luck as far as emoticons. I don't recall ever seeing any, though you might be able to insert one as a graphic import somehow.

@Angela    Archaeopterix posts animated emoticons quite often, so I expect he's the one to ask.

@Unseen    If you just highlight those posts that turn up in black, with your mouse, the colours reverse and its quicker to read

I know that, because that's what happens when you copy them to drop them in a notebook page. LOL
