I personally love U of O. It's a great school and the campus feels like a very classic college campus. Where are you from? Because if you're from a warmer climate the weather might be kind of a shock. Be prepared for it to rain for most of the school year...

If you're curious about the atheist community at the school it's pretty good, the pacific northwest has some of the lowest church attendance rates in the country. I haven't run into any overly zealous people here, but that's not to say there aren't any.

Thanks for the welcome, right now I am a physics major. I'm planning on taking a lot of different classes though, there are too many interesting things to learn about.
