Hey everyone,

I know this may be a random topic, but I have been looking for some good movies to watch as of late and I cant find too many.  So i thought of making a discussion to see what other peoples favorite movies are. You can put your top 5, 3, or simply just your favorite. You can do by genre, it really doesn't make a difference as long as you say what the movie is. Thanks

O Brother, Wherart Thou?
Monty Python's The Life of Brian
Twelve Pounds
Shawshank Redemption
Loved the Clooney character in O Brother
Ulysses Everett McGill: No thank you, Delmar. One third of a gopher would only arouse my appetite without bedding it down.
Delmar O'Donnell: Oh, you can have the whole thing. Me and Pete already had one apiece. We ran across a whole... gopher village.

Toy Story (all of them)

I am surprised that there are so many people who liked the HP films.  I was pretty disappointed in them myself.  I read the books and the movies seemed to be pretty much a synopsis of the story and not the story itself.  I feel that the whole thing should be shot again and maybe let Peter Jackson have it.  I did enjoy the Deathly Hallows Part II, but am still disenchanted by the films.

Happy Gilmore

The Patriot

Dances With Wolves

Forrest Gump

The Last of the Mohicans
