Alright, so most of you know about my brother and how he is a religious nut case.  But I wanted to share something with you that he posted today because I have been absent for a while and have let SOOOO many of his posts go without comment or sharing here.  So he is goes:

"There is no moral law in atheism which makes it coherent. Oh, there can be good, but not rationally compelling reasons for why." - Ravi Zacharias

"For us scientists I am afriad this whole thing is going to end like a bad dream. We are going to scale the mountains of knowledge and climb higher and higher and higher, and we are going to climb up to the top and meet right there, a bunch of theologians who have been sitting there for centuries." - Astrophysicist Robert Jastrow

One of his friends then posted a reply: Atheism is ammoral. It is simply a position statement on the existence of deities. It is just as foolish to extract ethics out of atheism as it is to extract ethics out of one's preference for hamburgers over pasta.

I haven't wrote anything, and I probably won't since I've only told my dad about my lack of belief.  That went over like a ton of bricks by the way.  He cried.  Ugh...

Unrelated, I think there needs to be a facebook category XD
