I already posted this on medical atheist but I'm re-posting because it seems to be currently inactive and I was hoping on getting some advice or help on this issue.So my mother just told me a story about how my grandfather her father has a metal plate in his skull for a while, first was steel, then they switched to like a hard rubber and then a silver plate. Anyway she told me he'd get knocked out by simply anything very easily and that one day at home some guy from the oral roberts university came over for prayer study or something along those lines and apparently he was very spiritual and my grandfather got knocked out by the thunder and this guy put his hands on my grandfather and suddenly he was awake and apparently the plate in his head was gone they went and got it checked at an X-ray and it was just bone there and the plate had been gone etc. My mother has been trying to convince me that this was a miracle that happened, but I think something else might have happened. That perhaps she's been fooled or that something else occurred that she was unaware of or at the time medically was unable to be picked up by the x-ray or something along those lines. Can you guys help me out here?
