According to some sources, Nani is the girlfriend's first name. If you search online, you will see that some of the sings say C.A.N.I. and other's say N.A.N.I. I don't know which is correct. I don't know if either of those groups are legitimate. My only point is that the claims about harassment and invasion of privacy may hold water, and that is what this case should be about: the primary focus is about damages that the girlfriend may or may not have suffered and not a deliberate effort of the courts to target and limit Fulz's freedom of speech.
I don't think "free speech" means "exempt from responsibility."
I didn't say that's what it means; I said that's how people seem to be commonly using it.
That guy looks like he needs to be placed in a mental institution.
In all seriousness though, it is beyond pathetic that we are still fighting this same battle against the anti abortion fundies. Their beliefs are extremely short sighted in that they only care to attempt to force a woman to carry an unwanted pregnancy to term, yet could care less if the baby to be ends up born addicted to crack, or that the woman stuck with the pregnancy has to suffer the consequences of it, or in yet another myriad detrimental scenario.
If those dirtbags actually cared about the so called "sanctity of life", or could distinguish their own heads from their arses, they wouldn't be desperate to outlaw something that is in all actuality, a beneficial and necessary option for some women.
