Bill board depicting photo and personal info of woman that had an abortion

Paid for by her ex.

Is this protected by Free Speech?

It is happening right now.

The person that links a cited news article wins a virtual lap dance from yours truly. :)
On my phone at work now and unable to, myself.

That is fabulous!
Totally awesome!!!! *LIKE*
The bottom of the billboard provides the woman's name (Cani) and implies that this billboard was "created" for her.  Anyone who knows someone of this name could figure it out.  The "organization" was created specially for the event by this guy.  His malicious intentions are thus quite clear.
Well accusing someone of infanticide is not factually correct. She had an abortion or miscarriage.
And is that really the billboard there?
The fat guy holding what appears to be a black labrador puppy?
Oh. Well. That is a lot less controversial. I was imagining a mugshot of the woman and her full name.
Meh- whatever.
If that is the worst of it, I think I go all excited for no reason. :(
Yes, that's the actual billboard. It looks really sloppy and like it was put together really cheaply. lol
It looks like a LARP player got over enthusiastic with photoshop when trying to come up with a bitchen artifact pick for his role play scrap book.
Bored with this guy now. He got his 15 minutes of fame.

Does this count as a false alarm or do I still gotta strip?

I will pay up if you all insist, but I think we should carry the prize over to whomever comes up with the best spoof on that billboard.

Haha I thought at first look that he was holding a black lab puppy.  Then I read the statement and took a closer look and giggled.

As for the 'prize' we should carry it over like you mentioned and do the spoof, sounds like fun!  I have a little photoshop experience, so I'm in.

The use of his personal image and not an actor or model of some sort Is either ignorance or affirmation of his intent to make his and her personal business known and use this as a childish attack...

He admits he doesn't know if it was abortion or miscarriage so the billboard does not state facts, it is slander.

From what I am told, he has no proof of abortion, as this incident may have resulted in a miscarriage-regardless, this is an example of defamation, as he may have reason to believe it to be true, his evidence of reasonableness will be called into question.

This is a childish attempt to get back at his ex. This is apropos to how children act when they feel wronged, so ultimately she was right to not have a child with this idiot in the first place.

i.want.to.barf.

this is definitely libelous and not protected under free speech. a number of persons could figure out who this woman is, especially now that he has been named in the news reports.

also, i wouldn't want to procreate with him, either. and who will want him now, knowing he has and probably will again, take some personal hurt and display it for all to see.

not all that great, i know...but i'd still like that lap dance.
