So I go to a public school, I live in the bible belt in a very small community. The total sum of children going to my school is about 1500-2000 throughout the whole school system. In my high school there are posters about the seven days of creation and about how god saves and jesus dies..and god loves you.  Keep in mind the this is a public school. Is this legal?  I know the administration didn't put it up. However are they allowed to give permission to students to put posters on the wall concerning religious beliefs?

"Hello, ACLU?"
so giving permission to students to post things about religion is illegal? None of the school officials actually posted any of the nature of god. They just allow it to be there because no one else complains.
Haha, wow..yes or no would suffice but jeeze!!!
It is very much illegal as the school is giving endorsement to a particular religion. Go to this atheist site http://truth-saves.com/Share_the_Truth.php and print the posters and such and see if they'll let you post them. If not you have a great lawsuit on your hands but then again you may already have one. Also http://www.au.org/ will get you all the help you need.
Seperation of church and state makes this illegal
