Atheistic Lyrics
There are a lot of religious songs out there, just far too many, but very few explicitly godless songs. The only one I've heard is Imagine by John Lennon.
I thought maybe we can all get together & write a few godless song lyrics.
But first, the rules.
If you post any lyrics on this thread, then you agree that it is covered under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported (CC BY-SA 3.0) licence.

erm, just to be clear, the licence is to be attached only to your work - lyrics you wrote. You can't licence someone else's work.

At the risk of continuing to move off topic... if you really haven't heard any other atheistic songs, check out:
- "Dear God" by XTC
- "Science Is Real" by They Might Be Giants
But there are also a lot of heavy metal and punk songs that are anti-religious (not that you'll always be able to understand the lyrics!). Check out the punk band Bad Religion for some intelligent and intelligible lyrics, for example their song "Atheist Peace".

Maybe, you need to go into html mode before you paste it.
Nice lyrics btw. It works well with the rhythm & music of Jingle Bells. Man would that make some xtians pissed :D
