So I've been watching Star Trek, trying to watch the complete series/movies, and I've been wondering what are some of your favorite atheist friendly tv shows/movies. I'll list a few of mine.

Star Trek
Firefly
The Big Bang Theory
Cosmos
Red State "movie"
The Ledge "movie"
I'll stop there.

One of my favorite shows is House MD, and House is an atheist (as is the actor, actually).

No others pop to mind at the moment.
