Money is on everyones minds nowadays, and are we really slaves to money?  I never went to college but a friend of mine that went to college has a whopping $82,000 dollars of debt! What is worse is the fact she can not find a job because she is is 29 now going on 30 with little work experience in her desired field. Is there really any light for her? I was doing the math and she will be in debt for most of her adult life. Is that really any way to live? To be in perpetual debt for the rest of your life? Sure, she has a piece of paper that says she went to school but for what price!? She works as a front desk receptionist in a hotel now barely making ends meet.  Alright, so I am rambling now.

Finally, it quickly occurred to me that she did get some scholarships because she is of mixed color.  So the other question I ask you is why should people that are of different color skin get discounts for going to school? How is it fair?

To recap:

  • Are we slaves to money? What can we do about it?
  • why should people that are of different color skin get discounts for going to school? How is it fair?
I look forward to your responses.

I think my post got bumped down into oblivion!
Imagine if you knew the exact day and time that you die. What would you do different? Would you go back to school if you knew you had 30+ years left, or would you leave school if you only had say 10 years left.

Would people of faith answer this question different...... maybe maybe not.
