The subject line says it all. Discuss your favorite meat, ask for or offer meat recipes. For meat lovers only. If you want to promote vegetarianism/veganism, do it elsewhere.

Love Bacon and Fillet Mignon.  Being diabetic, I would hate any additional dietary restrictions.

Sorry. I thought only I would ever have thought of that so I didn't check. I'll close mine and join that one. LOL

Uruguayan filet mignot, cooked for 15 minutes at 200 degrees, then 6 hours at 57:

It only bled when I cut it, not a drop spilled during the cooking process. Rubbed with pepper and garlic salt.
