I live in syria - aleppo
I 25 years old and I left islam 6 years ago
syria is a good place for non-religions un like a lot of Arab's country
but still you have to face the fact that you are alone and stranger even inside your family
it's like a tax but I feel happy to pay

The world is watching Syria - I feel for you. How do you think things are going. Syrians are very brave for going through the shit they are right now. The revolution just keeps on coming!!!!! Soooo brave.
Your English is fine, don't ever apologize for your second language - I can only speak one, so you are up one for most of us. What would I do without my nifty spellchecker.
When I read about the atheists on this site, where they come from, fundamental religions etc. I just don't know how you, and they, shake off the shackles of indoctrination - I live in Australia, and I was never indoctrinated like you guys have been. Does it really 'go away', or are there ever thoughts in the back of your mind about your religion. The very best of everything for you and yours.
