Been at AACon in Salt Lake for the past two days, and while I've been generally in agreement with the vast majority of what's been said, I've also been generally unimpressed by the guests' speeches.  So far, the best talk given, by far, was by the only Theist invited, the reverened Barry Lynn, though I have great hopes for Greta Christina later tonight.  Most of the rest has just been the kind of back-patting and circle-jerking I would expect of a corporate conference or donor's dinner. Why is it that the best speaker at AACon, in terms of both content and delivery, is a religious guy?
