What do you think?
Is this a violation of the separation of church and state?

It's noted that the government can neither inhibit nor promote any or all religions...
By keeping the Muslim children from praying properly, they are inhibiting religion...but by building rooms specifically for religious purposes, they are promoting it...
What's the right path here?
