Think Atheist holds monthly meetings (typically the third Monday of every month, but that is subject to change) to discuss topics of interest and simply enjoy the company of other free-thinkers! The site founder, Morgan Matthew, will be in attendance, as well as site administrators, Cara Coleen, Isidore Ducasse, and Robert Karp.
Below is our agenda for Monday. Click on it to see it in full view!

I have been in the process of securing a religious member of Mensa to come and speak to the group. It often seems that atheists feel they have a monopoly on intelligence. So it might be valuable to the group to listen to an “officially intelligent” person (hence the Mensa membership) discuss reasons for adopting religious beliefs (this will not be a debate). Our speaker will be available for March’s meeting (March 18th). More information will follow on that later.
As for this month, as a precursor to March’s meeting, I plan to speak on the connection between intelligence and atheism, as well as some interesting stuff on autism and atheism. We will be meeting at Dustin’s house (in the general Baltimore area). Please send me an email and I’ll give you his address and phone number.
Note to anyone considering coming to a meeting for the first time: Please don’t be shy about coming to a member’s home, or requesting the address. We ask that you request the address via email so we don’t have to post peoples’ personal information on the site. We’d love for you to come out; we’re a nice bunch of people. :-)
